Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

• We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device screen’s display is fully accurate.
• Some products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Minor variations may occur as part of the production process.

3) ORDERS & PAYMENT
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or stock/production limitations.
• If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

4) SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
• Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

5) RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms.
Due to our made-to-order process, returns/exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. We will resolve issues for damaged/defective/incorrect items in line with our policy.
