RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MOTIVE, every item is made-to-order to reduce waste and maintain quality. Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.
MADE-TO-ORDER (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)
Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, colour preference, or personal fit preferences.
We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page before placing your order.
WHEN WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
We will resolve the issue if your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect size received (we sent the wrong size compared to what you ordered)
In these cases, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or, where appropriate, a refund.
REPORTING AN ISSUE (14 DAYS)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue (and the packaging if damaged)
• A brief description of what’s wrong
REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered by the customer (please use the Size Guide)
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery
• Minor variations that can occur due to the made-to-order process (e.g., small print placement differences)
LOST PACKAGES / DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist.
